The CENTRAL CALIFORNIA WOMEN’S CONFERENCE was founded in 1988 by State Senator Ken Maddy of Fresno. The conference is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-political organization designed to educate, motivate and inspire women to be the best they can be in their professional and personal lives. The Conference is a forum for women of all generations and backgrounds to share practical ideas on how to succeed in their careers while juggling increasingly complex and diverse life demands. The conference provides an exciting and fun atmosphere, where women come together to network. There are three general session keynote speakers and several professional breakout speakers providing seminars on a full range of issues affecting all women ñ in the workplace, at home and in the community. Information on the benefits of products and services of interest to women is also provided at the ìMarketplaceî ñ a trade show with over 160 exhibit booths.
