Come and visit the booth of Latino Folk Art at this year’s April 17-18, 2013, 20th Annual Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference. It will be held at the Rabobank Arena, Theater & Convension Center – Bakerfield Marriott, in Bakersfield, CA

Over 40 training seminars will be available that include career workshops, career & business consulting, and a career information center.

This year’s event will also include over 50 trade fair vendors for each registrant to enjoy!

The luncheon Keynote Speaker will feature one of Biography Magazine’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women, Nancy Brinker. Nancy is the founder of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

This yearís speaker has been devoted to womenís health issues since 1982. She has been appointed by more than one president to lead national advisory committees, won numerous awards for womenís health issues and has been named by Biography Magazine one of the, “Top 25 Most Powerful Women in America.” The Options Unlimited Board of Directors is honored to have her speak at the conference.

Nancy founded a signature organization to help in the fight of Breast Cancer among women. She has taken her sisterís plea to help others battling the disease. Approximately 3 million women are currently living with Breast Cancer. Women over the age of 50 account for 75% of Breast Cancer cases. Breast Cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths among women 20-59. There is no proven prevention or cure but this woman is helping to lead the cause.
